In the Limarí Valley, Syrah winemaking stands out for its manual harvesting in April, with rigorous selection. Half of the grapes undergo fermentation and aging in large oak tanks, while the other half are destined for French oak barrels (25% new) for 12 months. The stony soils, composed of volcanic rocks and calcium carbonate, give it uniqueness. After malolactic fermentation, the Tectonia blend reveals a balanced and refined Syrah, the result of careful monitoring and organoleptic analysis, culminating in a unique and distinctive wine.
