Made from Syrian grapes, harvested by hand, in one of the highest vineyards in Portugal, this wine was vinified in tanks for 30 days, at around 14ºC. It had a slight aging on fine fermentation lees which gives it a bright lime green color, floral, mineral and fruity notes, apple and lime. In the mouth it shows unctuousness and freshness, with a long finish.
