Produced with 100% alfrocheiro grapes, ruby ??????red in color, it is a wine obtained after fermentation, at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel vats for 7 to 10 days. The wine undergoes malolactin fermentation in French oak barrels for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity. Fruity aroma and delicate flavor, where the soft, full and delicate tannins are in good balance with the acidity.
