Produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks. With selected yeasts and temperatures ranging from 26 to 28 C for a period of seven to ten days, it is then aged in barrels. This is an intense and complex wine, where the combination of grapes makes it more rounded and structured.
